John R stands 6'1" tall and weighs 204 lbs, all of which is solid muscle. He has a strong passion for all sports and outdoor activities, but excels in both tennis and basketball. Coupled with his normally disciplined workout routine have resulted in his extremely strong, natural build. I also think that his years in the military helped to add the 'frosting on the cake'.
